Definitely a highlight of our trip!

What guests loved:

Location, Location, Location!!! Right inside the Galleria was SO beautiful with windows opening to the domes Galleria! The staff was very helpful explaining how to navigate Naples, breakfast was out...

Areas for improvement:

Well, as iconic as the darling old elevator is, it is quite slow. It does take .10 Euro which the hotel makes sure to give guests.
